Take Care of You

As we schedule, plan, overthink and over rationalize, it is vitally important to take care of ourselves.  Even if you are just spending a couple minutes meditating or doing yoga in the morning, your entire body will thank you for taking care of you. I think that's why the planning community understands each other so well because we all enjoy spending a little extra time on the stationary side of planning.  What some of our husbands might just see as "silly stickers" we see as "happy time" and an instant joy of creation. So remember to take some extra time to take care of yourselves this week my fellow planners. Whether it be through your creativity in your planners, or just a bath to end your week.
